Key Qualifications:
- Active CCC-SLP credential in Michigan required
- Prior experience working in schools is preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Adaptability to manage a dynamic caseload with students exhibiting a variety of primary disabilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 30-50 students, primarily PreK, with some K-5, and minimal middle and high school students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide both direct and consultative services
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure the integration of therapy goals into the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation and student records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Flexibility to work 20-35 hours per week, over 3-5 days, from now through June 5, 2026
