Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP (CCC or CF) state licensure and CO Department of Education certification
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Experience in early childhood (pre-K) and K-8 preferred
- Preference for ELL training or ESL/Linguistically Diverse Education Endorsement
- Comfortable supervising SLPAs
Responsibilities:
- Provide SLP services for a caseload at either an intensive preschool classroom or a K–8 STEM school
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver individualized services, and monitor progress
- Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor and assist SLPAs as needed
- Ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
- Engage in professional communication with families and staff
