Make a difference supporting early learners in an intensive preschool classroom with this unique contract opportunity for a dedicated speech-language pathologist. You’ll work on-site with one school for the entire assignment, engaging with PreK students in a collaborative, supportive environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Colorado SLP license required
  • Accepting SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) applicants
  • Previous experience with preschool-aged children preferred
  • Familiarity working with non-verbal or minimally verbal populations is a plus
  • Ability to complete and submit required district credentialing paperwork promptly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to an intensive preschool caseload
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
  • Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with district requirements
  • Communicate effectively with students, families, and educational team members

Contract Details:

  • Assignment at one elementary school, supporting a PreK classroom
  • 37.5 hours per week, on-site
  • Contract position with a defined start and end date
  • Start as soon as possible, assignment runs through May 21, 2027
