A full-time, in-person Speech Language Pathologist opportunity is available in Tempe, AZ, offering the chance to work directly with students across two elementary schools. This 40-hour per week contract position provides a dynamic environment where your expertise can make a measurable difference in young learners’ communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students at two elementary schools, helping to identify and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor and report on students' progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) certification/licensure appropriate for school settings.
  • Experience working with children in elementary school environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators and families.
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery (virtual candidates will not be considered).
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
