Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience with school-based caseloads and IEP processes
- Familiarity with rural or virtual school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to a diverse range of student needs, including remote delivery of therapy services
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services per each student’s IEP, either onsite or through teletherapy platforms
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress and integration within the educational environment
- Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and compliance with district and state regulations
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment utilizing innovative tools and resources
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review progress and adjust therapies as needed
