Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Temecula, CA

This in-person Speech-Language Pathologist role runs from November 3, 2026, to December 18, 2026, with the possibility of extending to cover an additional leave. Working from 8 AM to 4 PM, you’ll serve both an Adult Transition Program and a high school, collaborating with dedicated teams to make a significant impact.
Ideal candidates will bring expertise in school-based speech language services as well as a passion for working with diverse student populations. There are no SLPA supervisory duties in this role; you’ll focus purely on providing high-quality direct services and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility through Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- California licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Direct experience in educational and pediatric settings
- Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for a range of speech/language needs
- Confidence working independently across campus sites
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students per IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, diagnostics, and standardized assessments
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain student records and required documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
