Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid CA SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP or ready to begin CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
- School-based experience or strong interest in the setting
- Teletherapy experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to collaborate well with colleagues, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Develop and implement IEPs, participate in meetings, and maintain documentation
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy—in person or via teletherapy as needed
- Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship activities
