Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – K–12

Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to K–12 students throughout Virginia. This fully remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting students' communication and academic success through high-quality teletherapy services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to K–12 students.
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and service logs in compliance with district and state requirements.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital resources to engage students effectively.
Ensure compliance with Virginia Department of Education and professional practice standards.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Virginia SLP License.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Previous school-based experience with K–12 students preferred.
Strong understanding of special education processes, including IEP development and implementation.
Experience providing teletherapy services is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills.
Technical Requirements
