A contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide teletherapy services. This role supports school-aged children through remote speech-language therapy within a virtual setting.
Location:
- Triangle, Virginia (services provided virtually)
Assignment Details:
- Contract period from October 5, 2026, through May 27, 2027
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Caseloads and specific school assignments will be determined based on program needs
- Positions include maternity leave coverage and replacement for a departing contractor, with anticipated start dates in early November and immediate openings for additional coverage
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver teletherapy speech and language services to students across assigned grade levels
- Provide individualized therapy plans addressing speech sound production, language comprehension, fluency, and other communication disorders
- Collaborate with educational staff to promote student progress and maintain documentation aligned with district requirements
- Ensure compliance with all virtual service delivery guidelines and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia State License for Speech-Language Pathology required
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual speech-language services strongly preferred
- Ability to complete and submit mandatory background check documentation prior to starting services
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively engage with students, families, and district personnel
