Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on students' needs
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
- Collaborating with educators and other professionals to support student communication development
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid state certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing therapy in school environments with K-12 populations
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and techniques preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for various speech and language disorders
