Remote Middle School Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in NY

A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide teletherapy services to middle and high school students. This contract position supports remote speech-language intervention within an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver teletherapy speech-language services aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students in middle and high school
- Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring in speech and language development
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs in a remote, school-based environment
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing school-based SLP services, preferably including teletherapy
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders common in adolescent populations
- Ability to work effectively in a remote teletherapy setting with middle and high school students
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Schedule and Location:
- Part-time commitment of approximately 21 hours per week, spread over 3 days
- The schedule offers some flexibility and can be discussed during the interview process
- This position supports a single school building operating remotely in a middle and high school setting
