Soliant is actively hiring a licensed, remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a virtual contract position with a school district in Washington state. We are looking for a dedicated SLP to join our teletherapy team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.
Provide direct teletherapy services to students in individual and small group virtual settings.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team via virtual meetings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active Washington SLP license is required.
Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification is required (or eligibility to obtain).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is typically required for virtual roles.
Minimum of 2 years of recent school-based experience is highly preferred for teletherapy positions.
Basic technical proficiency and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
