What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like: Empower Young Minds: Deliver highly engaging, interactive virtual therapy sessions that inspire children to communicate.
Expand Literacy & Language: Utilize books, digital storytelling, and creative language materials to build critical communication skills.
Lead with Insight: Administer virtual evaluations and shape customized IEPs that accurately target student goals.
Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with Washington educators, families, and support staff to ensure holistic student development.

The Vital Stats (Washington State Requirements):
To partner with Washington school districts, you must hold or be eligible for the following credentials:
Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
State Licensure: An active Speech-Language Pathologist license issued by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH).
Educational Certification: An active Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate issued by the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI).
Clinical Skills: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).Experience: Prior school-based experience is highly preferred (experience with Washington IEP systems like IEP Online or SEEDS is a plus).
Technical Readiness: A reliable desktop or laptop computer with a high-speed internet connection that passes our quick remote technology screening.
