Responsibilities include:
- Conducting teletherapy and in-person sessions to assess and treat speech and language disorders
- Collaborating with school staff and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Managing a caseload of students, utilizing a caseload model to prioritize services
- Documenting therapy outcomes and progress according to district protocols
- Participating in team meetings and training as required
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC credentials
- Experience in school-based speech-language services
- Familiarity with teletherapy and telespeech techniques
- Ability to work itinerantly and effectively across multiple school sites
- Strong communication and organizational skills for managing IEP caseloads efficiently
This position offers a schedule of 10 hours per week, serving middle and high school students (grades 6-12) with a focus on language and articulation therapy.
