A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in school-based teletherapy services for K-12 students. This role requires providing virtual speech therapy to support students’ communication development in an educational setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech and language therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms to K-12 students
- Assessing students’ speech and language abilities and developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to integrate speech therapy goals within the classroom environment
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate session records
- Participating in virtual meetings or professional development as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure or certification applicable to school settings
- Experience in teletherapy service delivery, preferably within a K-12 educational context
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech and language intervention techniques
- Ability to use virtual platforms effectively for therapy sessions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
