A fully remote opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services to support students within a virtual educational setting. This contract role utilizes an advanced virtual platform designed to facilitate effective remote therapy sessions and student progress monitoring.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments via the provided virtual platform
- Delivering individual and group therapy sessions using interactive learning materials
- Collaborating with clinical and technical support teams to optimize service delivery
- Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with educational and clinical standards
- Utilizing a professional Zoom Pro account for smooth and secure telepractice communication
Key qualifications and experience:
- Valid SLP license and certification in accordance with state regulations
- Proven experience in telespeech or teletherapy within a school or educational environment
- Strong familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology, including video conferencing tools
- Expertise in assessment administration and development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for remote collaboration
Location: This position is 100% remote, with services provided from Rockville, MD.
