Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students in a Virginia school district. This opportunity allows you to work from home while making a meaningful impact on students' academic and communication success.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide virtual speech-language therapy to students in a school-based setting
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Deliver engaging, student-centered therapy through a secure teletherapy platform
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred/required
- Virginia SLP license or eligibility
- Virginia school credential/certification as required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and technology skills
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
