Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - New York
A full-time speech-language pathologist position is available for the upcoming school year, beginning September 1 and concluding June 27, to serve students from kindergarten through 12th grade across two school sites. This contract opportunity involves itinerant service delivery within the Pulaski, NY area.
Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations and providing therapy for pediatric students under a caseload model, which is currently being finalized. Indirect hours and paid team meetings are part of the schedule, supporting thorough documentation and collaboration. Supervision is provided for candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), ensuring guided professional growth.
Qualifications and experience preferred for this role:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy within school settings
- Familiarity with telespeech methodologies and delivery
- Ability to work itinerantly between assigned school sites
Additional role details include the use of an Individualized Education Program (IEP) system with training provided, as well as dedicated therapy spaces at each location. Paid travel between sites is incorporated.
