Telehealth School-Based Speech Therapy | Virginia
An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve a K-12 caseload in a school setting located in Portsmouth, VA. This contract position offers a full-time caseload with the chance to work across a variety of student needs from early childhood through secondary education.
Responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to support student communication skills. Collaboration with educational staff and families to enhance student outcomes is also key.
Position Qualifications:
- Virginia SLP license required
- Experience with telespeech services, healthcare, pediatrics, or school settings preferred
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) beneficial
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech-language pathology a plus
