A Speech Language Pathologist with expertise in telespeech services, holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), and experience in school settings is sought for a maternity leave contract position located in Omaha, NE. The role serves students from PreK through 6th grade, focusing on delivering comprehensive speech therapy tailored to each child’s needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations and screenings for students across PreK-6th grade.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
- Providing telespeech therapy sessions effectively utilizing technology to engage and support students remotely.
- Tracking progress and maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with school policies and standards.
- Collaborating with educators and families to promote communication development and address speech-language challenges.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid Speech Language Pathology licensure applicable to school settings.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Proven experience in telespeech or teletherapy services within educational environments.
- Familiarity with early childhood through elementary age speech and language disorders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload independently.
