Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - Pennsylvania
Speech-Language Pathology services are needed immediately to support students through the end of May 2027 in specialized educational settings located in New Oxford, PA. This opportunity involves providing targeted speech therapy within two Autistic Support classrooms and one Learning Support classroom.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech therapy services either onsite or via teletherapy in collaboration with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Following individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in Autistic Support and Learning Support programs.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, progress notes, and communication with school staff and families.
- Ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania state certification and educational requirements.
- Collaborating with educational and therapeutic staff to tailor interventions to students' unique needs.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification.
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered with agency-paid supervision.
- Experience working with students on the autism spectrum and in learning support environments.
- Ability to work onsite in New Oxford or deliver teletherapy services with an SLPA collaboration, as virtual SLP-only assignments are not permitted.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
