Position Details:
Position: Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
Location: Remote / Virtual
District: Collier County School District
Schedule: Part-time or Full-time
Hours: 26–32.5 hours per week (4–5 days/week, 6.5 hours/day)
Caseload: High school students
Contract Dates: ASAP – 5/29/26
Employment Type: 1099
Pay Rate:
$31–$34/hour: 0–2 years school experience
$34–$37/hour: 3–5 years school experience
$37–$40/hour: 6–9 years school experience
$40–$43/hour: 10+ years school experience
Requirements:
- Active Florida DOH SLP License required
- CCC certification required
- Must meet all district onboarding requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct virtual speech therapy services to high school students
- Make up missed service minutes as assigned
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and student goal planning
- Time-Sensitive Credentialing Requirements:
- Fingerprints must be completed
- If prior school district fingerprints exist in Florida, records may be available through AHCA Clearinghouse
- Candidates may need to complete verification forms or apply for a JLA badge if required
