A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available supporting elementary-age students through telespeech services in a school setting located in Macon, GA. This opportunity focuses on delivering speech pathology services via telepractice while engaging directly with young learners to support their communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services using telespeech platforms to elementary students.
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student progress.
- Document student performance and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in meetings and conferences as needed to advocate for student needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or a closely related field.
- Valid and current certification/licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
- Experience or interest in school-based speech therapy, especially with elementary-aged children.
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Position Details:
- Contract duration from December 8, 2025, through May 22, 2026.
- Work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Location: Macon, GA, providing services in an educational setting.
