Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - Illinois
A contract opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services within a school setting. This role involves delivering virtual speech therapy to elementary and middle school students, focusing on supporting their communication development in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online speech-language pathology services to children in elementary and middle school.
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy sessions tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate virtually with teachers and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student progress reports.
- Utilize teletherapy technology effectively to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in telespeech or teletherapy settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging young students remotely.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and adapt therapy techniques to virtual platforms.
Location: Heyworth, IL (positions conducted via teletherapy).
