Assignment Details:
- Location: Stafford, VA
- Duration: Approximately November 12th through January 4th
- Schedule: Preferred 37.5 hours per week, with part-time options considered (minimum hours to be determined)
- Caseload: 1-2 schools served, primarily covering leave for an existing contract SLP
- Student Age Group: School-aged children with special emphasis on two high-needs students requiring immediate attention
- Discipline: Voice and Communication (VOCO) Speech-Language Pathology
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teletherapy and telespeech services to assigned students
- Provide coverage for all students on the current SLP’s caseload, prioritizing two high-needs cases
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support speech and communication development goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and protocols preferred
- Ability to manage multiple cases and address diverse student needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
