California Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity
2026–2027 School Year | Full-Time Remote Position
VocoVision is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists to provide online support services for California school districts during the 2026–2027 academic year. This remote opportunity is ideal for experienced clinicians who are passionate about helping students succeed while working in a flexible virtual setting.
Applicants are not required to live in California; however, candidates must maintain active licensure in both California and the state where they reside.
Position Details:
Full-time teletherapy assignment
2026–2027 school year contract
Hourly compensation ranging from $56–$65
Weekly pay schedule
Independent contractor (1099) opportunity
Additional caseload and scheduling information discussed during interviews
Key Responsibilities:
Complete virtual speech and language evaluations
Provide indirect and consultative speech services
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Assist with therapy planning, documentation, and student progress monitoring
Participate in virtual meetings and support school-based intervention plans
Required Qualifications:
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
ASHA CCC-SLP certification
Minimum of 2 years of previous school-based experience
Experience with teletherapy platforms or virtual services preferred
Strong communication and time-management abilities
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Must meet all applicable state clearance and background requirements
Additional Information:
Professional liability insurance required prior to start
Reliable internet connection and home workspace necessary
Candidates must pass a basic technology screening
