School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job-California
Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity in California available. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting intensive speech and language therapy services to students of all ages, using our state-of-the-art teletherapy platform. You will work along side a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assess progress, and communicate effectively with students and their families.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct teletherapy assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Create and implement customized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document therapy sessions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, caregivers, and healthcare providers, to support student's overall development and well-being.
- Keep confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of practice at all times.
Job Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of California.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Previous experience working with clients in a school.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and technology tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a virtual team environments
