A contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to provide teletherapy services within an educational setting. Assignment Details:
- Full-time positions offering 37.5 hours per week.
- Multiple openings to cover various needs including maternity leave coverage, replacement for a resigning SLP, and immediate coverage due to delays in service provision.
- Start dates and assignment durations vary, with anticipated roles starting between October and November 2026 through the end of the school year in May 2027.
- Positions require active Virginia SLP licensure and adherence to district credentialing procedures, including background checks for virtual service providers.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting teletherapy sessions to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes in compliance with district and state requirements.
- Participating in professional development and virtual team meetings as needed.
