Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - PA
Speech-Language Pathology services are needed to support students in specialized educational settings through a contract role based in Dover, PA. This opportunity focuses on delivering therapy for students with diverse learning needs, including those in Autistic Support and Learning Support classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services onsite or via teletherapy as part of a combined Tele-SLP and Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) model.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to implement individualized therapy plans.
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with state certification and educational standards.
Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification required.
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification is mandatory.
- Credentials of Clinical Fellows (CF) considered with agency provision of a supervision fee.
- Experience working with students on the autism spectrum and learning support needs preferred.
- Ability to work in a team with SLPA for teletherapy services.
Location:
- Services are primarily provided at facilities serving students in York, PA, including high school-level support classrooms.
