Pediatric Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in RI

This part-time position offers an opportunity to provide specialized speech-language therapy services to a homebound student in a home-based setting during the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves delivering two therapy sessions per week, totaling 1.5 hours, and requires collaboration with families and other professionals to support the student’s communication development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting individualized speech-language therapy sessions tailored to the student’s needs
- Utilizing teletherapy techniques when appropriate, alongside in-person home visits
- Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans accordingly
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols for working with medically vulnerable students
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Rhode Island
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services and teletherapy
- Familiarity with pediatric and healthcare-related speech-language therapy
- Ability to work effectively in a home-based environment with a medically fragile student
