Pediatric Teletherapy Speech Therapy in School Setting - Georgia
An opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide virtual therapy services supporting K-12 students in a Georgia school district. This contract position offers flexibility with full-time hours preferred, but part-time availability (minimum three days per week) will also be considered.
The role requires providing teletherapy to students located near the Oakhurst, Decatur, and East Atlanta areas. Services will be delivered remotely from home, allowing for a work-from-home arrangement.
Key qualifications include:
- Valid Georgia SLP license and school credentials
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology
- Ability to complete fingerprinting at the district offices as part of onboarding
- Commitment to supporting students through virtual delivery of speech-language services
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering therapeutic interventions to students with speech and language challenges through teletherapy platforms. Maintaining clear documentation and collaborating with school personnel according to district guidelines are essential for success in this role.
