Speech Language Pathologist in Taylors, SC

Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong interpersonal skills with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to effectively manage caseloads and documentation to meet district and federal regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings for students referred for SLP or OT services
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions using evidence-based strategies and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support learning objectives
- Maintain thorough, accurate records and reports in compliance with school policies
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for student success
- Provide consultations and resources to teachers and caregivers as needed
