Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Tacoma, WA

Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLP licensure, or eligibility and willingness to obtain prior to start date
- Washington ESA certification, or ability to secure one
- Fingerprinting clearance through OSPI (or readiness to complete the process)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students following IEPs and best practice standards
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer consultative support to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state regulations
