What We're Looking For:
- Current WA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, or willingness to obtain WA licensure
- WA ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification, or ability to obtain
- Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
- SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credentials
- Prior experience in a school-based environment is strongly preferred
- Ability to serve and communicate effectively with culturally diverse student populations
- Passion for supporting students at all grade levels, K–12
- Excellent organization, documentation, and teamwork skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to meet a range of student needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Support students through both direct intervention and consultation with school staff
