Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Tacoma, Washington

What you'll bring:
- Active Washington State Dept. of Health Speech-Language Pathology license
- Current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Washington State SLP Educational Staff Associate (ESA) credential
- Fingerprint clearance and successful WSP & FBI background/sexual misconduct clearances
- Valid Washington State driver’s license or proof of reliable local transportation
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds welcome
- Comfort working with pediatric populations and adapting approaches to individual student needs
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills
What you'll do:
- Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to school-age students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Complete timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Assess, plan, and implement appropriate interventions in a supportive, child-centered environment
- Maintain compliance with confidentiality regulations and district protocols
- Work 37.5 hours per week, aligning with student in-person learning days
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress review sessions, and school-based teams as needed
