A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a public school setting located in Sykesville, MD. This full-time, onsite position involves providing direct therapy services to students and managing assigned caseloads with professionalism and care. Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in a public school environment
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete timely documentation including IEPs, progress notes, and reports
- Utilize technology and digital platforms for communication and paperwork
- Participate in ongoing professional development and trainings
Qualifications:
- Active Professional License and ASHA CCCs held for at least 1 year
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with IEPs
- Availability to commit at least 10 hours per week
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a dedication to positively impacting student outcomes
- Technologically proficient with a willingness to learn new programs and software
- Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team
