Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Suwanee, Georgia

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students with top-tier speech-language therapy services. This onsite position offers a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week, focusing on a K-5 caseload that includes conducting assessments, delivering therapy, performing evaluations, and actively participating in IEP meetings.
Ideal candidates will bring a comprehensive background in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology, with strong organizational and communication skills. Specialized experience with virtual instruction, whether before or since 2020, is essential—this must include virtual work outside of emergency pandemic provisions.
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP license or GaPSC Certificate required (may begin while pending)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Demonstrated expertise in pediatric and school-based SLP, ideally with K-5 students
- Prior experience providing virtual SLP services, not limited to pandemic-related adjustments
- Strong grasp of assessment, therapy, and IEP processes in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-5 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Participate directly in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
- Conduct thorough evaluations and maintain detailed documentation
- Adapt therapeutic approach for both onsite and virtual modalities as needed
