We’re looking for a dynamic professional who is passionate about helping children overcome speech and language challenges within a supportive, collaborative team. Teletherapy and in-person opportunities are available, allowing you to blend the best of both worlds.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered.
- Valid state SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain.
- School-based experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation.
- Expertise in working with pediatric and K-12 populations.
- Comfortable providing both teletherapy and onsite sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff and families.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other support staff.
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation.
- Provide both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, as needed.
