Desired Background & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Arizona
- Prior experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
- Comfort with pediatric caseloads across Pre-K through high school
- Familiarity with teletherapy delivery methods is a plus
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and faculty
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services, including both in-person and virtual support where needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate progress, strategies, and recommendations to families and team members
- Offer coverage for maternity leaves and other temporary absences, adapting seamlessly to changing caseloads
