Desired Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- School-based experience preferred, though not required
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with diverse age groups
- Ability to develop, implement, and update IEPs collaboratively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy to students
- Maintain accurate records and document progress in accordance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings as a vital member of the educational team
- Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff regarding speech and language needs
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress
- Adapt therapy methods to fit each student’s needs and support their educational growth
