Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA

Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility in California
- SLP-CCC certification or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidacy accepted
- Experience or familiarity with school-based SLP services preferred
- Strong background in pediatric speech and language therapy
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Positive, collaborative approach with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and intervention to elementary school students
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in accordance with district guidelines
- Participate actively in multi-disciplinary teams, meetings, and parent conferences
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Educate and support staff, teachers, and families on speech/language strategies
- Adapt and tailor services to meet individualized student needs
