Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Summerfield, Florida

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds or working toward a valid SLP license in the state
- SLP-CCC or open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working in school-based or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy best practices is a plus
- Knowledge of AAC devices and behavior management is preferred, but not essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, caregivers, and school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students (individual and small group)
- Conduct assessments and help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with special education teachers, administrators, and parents
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
- Adapt and integrate AAC strategies where appropriate
