Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Licensure or eligibility for SLP State License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience delivering services in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings highly valued
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and collaborative consultation
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and create tailored therapy plans for students with a range of communication disorders
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services individually or in group settings
  • Collaborate with special education staff, general educators, and families to develop and implement IEPs
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide guidance and support to other school professionals and families regarding communication needs
