Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Sultan, WA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Licensure or eligibility for SLP State License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience delivering services in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings highly valued
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and collaborative consultation
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and create tailored therapy plans for students with a range of communication disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services individually or in group settings
- Collaborate with special education staff, general educators, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and support to other school professionals and families regarding communication needs
