Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and active MA SLP license required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
- Eligibility for or possession of CCC-SLP is preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
- Familiarity with IEP development, goal setting, progress tracking, and related documentation
- Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Manage a K-12 caseload, adapting interventions to diverse age groups and learning needs
- Develop and implement IEPs, conduct evaluations, and document progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Attend meetings and contribute to school-based intervention teams
- Maintain clear, accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
