Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship applicants considered
- Prior experience working in K-12 schools preferred, though strong clinical skills from other settings also valued
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language screenings, assessments, and evaluations according to each student's needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams in support of students’ IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and timely reporting in accordance with school district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insight for student success
