Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school or healthcare context
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote assessment tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students as referred
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy goals as part of students’ IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress reports and data logs
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide training or resources to educational staff
- Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and licensure requirements
