Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- Credentialed or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or interest in pediatric speech therapy and school-based settings
- Skilled in designing and implementing IEPs tailored for early childhood and elementary ages
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families
- Strong organizational abilities to manage caseload documentation and timelines
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and evidence-based speech/language therapy for a diverse caseload of approximately 40 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, participating in student support meetings and progress reviews
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, data collection, and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and school personnel to support student growth
