Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, especially with ASD populations
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Dedication to fostering student growth and independence
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy tailored to the needs of students within an ASD environment
- Complete accurate documentation and progress monitoring as required by school guidelines
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support holistic student development
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with IEP teams
- Utilize evidence-based practices to drive student progress and engagement
