As an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals, providing specialized support within a dynamic, inclusive setting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current, active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working within school-based and ASD settings
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven intervention
- Comfortable managing moderate caseloads and adapting therapy for a range of needs
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner with staff and families
- Commitment to a team-oriented approach and delivering student-centered therapy
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement speech-language services for students with ASD
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and educational goals
- Maintain all required documentation, including evaluation reports, IEP paperwork, and progress notes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
- Adapt interventions to continuously meet students’ evolving needs
