Qualifications & Experience:

- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Experience working within school settings and with K-12 populations is highly valued
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Quickly establish rapport with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure holistic support
- Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings onsite
- Provide consultative support to classroom staff when needed
